My friends keeps being nasty to me what should i do?

just wanna say that my friend well she keeps being nasty to me and shouting and taking my friends away what should i do?
i have already asked ask.com and google.com and it says just tell a teacher but it didnt work.

i just want my friends back.

One of my friends does that to me, she calls me up when shes bored and wants to hang out, but the rest of the time she doesn't call me (like she will say something like I'll call ya next weekend) and she never does. Give her a taste of her own medicine.
