My friend's family could use some prayers

I just received an email this morning that the my friend's mother's boyfriend passed away last night. He was in his 70's and her mom is 78.They have been together for about 10 years. Her mom is understandably devastated right now. On top of that Claire's health is failing. She has been declining fairly steadily for the last few months already.
