NO BIGGY! I figure this way you will have a reason to plan your NEXT trip! :woohoo: Helen

You've never seen Fantasmic! ? Now that's one show you can't miss. Illuminations...bah, IMO. But Fantasmic! is Disney magic at it's best. When my mom saw it for the first time she said "Just that was worth coming to WDW for!"

NED

We really made an effort to hit all the classic attraction on this past small trip. I mean we did do all the big main ones but with skipping the waterparks(unlike the summer trips). We made sure we hit all the shows and so forth that we have seen in the past just not for a while.

We are just the opposite - never miss Illuminations, sometimes go twice! Weren't so crazy about Fantasmic - the walk up was awful, and we were too close. We are giving it another try next trip - preferred seating. Still, IMO hard to beat Illuminations (We bought the soundtrack and our kids love it!)

Ned, I agree about Illuminations but I've only seen it once and then we were viewing it in a lousy location. This year we will be giving it a proper chance since just everyone loves  it so much!

Wow, you sure have a lot! Today it is Epcot. Can't wait. Last year at Christmas, it was impossible to do all of Epcot. We only had ten day in Florida and had 10 different parks to do. By the time Epcot came, we were so exhausted we just did the area around mission earth. This year I did 16 days so we could do break in between and placed mild parks in too such as discovery cove and seaworld.....they are slower paced!

Enjoy your day at Epcot, today!!! I am also a lover of Illuminations!! It is my absolute favorite and I never miss it!!!

With such a long list of "to-do's", I hate to suggest more - but have you ever gotten your hair cut at the Barber Shop in MK?? Lots of fun! :woohoo:

Do yourself a favor for your next trip and plan a day at EPCOT where you spend the whole afternoon and evening doing nothing but World Showcase and Illuminations at the end of the night. Try to catch a glimpse of MoRockin, Impressions De France, Off Kilter, the American Adventure (and the Voices of Liberty who sing 15 minutes before each show) and the Chinese acrobats. There's more, but I think those are the best of the shows/live entertainment. And take your time. Stroll along the showcase and hit every nook and cranny. It's especially cool during Food and Wine festival!

AKASnowwhite, not gonna happen :rotfl: ! Cut some off? If they stuck some back on, well maybe then but not before! Really, I just thought for some reason that only little boys (of all ages ;) ) got their hair cut there. You learn something new every day!

Great post!
I'll be there with my DD19 January 10-13, a quick getaway between semesters for both of us. I think we'll both make a list of "never done befores"

Me:
Dumbo
Toontown - walked thru it
Aladdins Magic Carpet
Living twith the Land
Beauty and the Beast-I always seen to miss it
The Little Mermaid
Segway Tour - I'll wait till August
Dinner at all Epcot Restaurants
Chef Mickey's
Enjoy the Boardwalk at night
All the tours

Now I need to make a list to put in my travel stuff. Thanks for the suggestion

I'm another HUGE fan of Fantasmic. It's in a class by itself! We've seen Illuminations and well I thought it was just ok. I likes Wishes better. It's funny how everyone perceives things so differently. While I know there are several things we've never done also, there is just one that is a must do on our next trip and I call it the curse of...

Chef Mickeys!

I swear I have it on the list every year and every year we leave without going. It's becoming comical. This time for sure. Wish me luck!

Cool! I have never seen Fantasmic..That's at MGM right? Also, what is dole whip? I havent been to Epcot,MGM,or Animal Kingdom lately so yea lol. Thanks xoxox
