March 9th to 13th
On the trip - me lyndsey 28yrs old
My friend julie - 27yrs old
( A well deserved girls week away
)
Day 1
Was an early start, i didnt have the best sleep i was getting a cold had a sore throat to! i couldnt believe i was getting a cold the day i was going away i was sooo upset. i got up at 4am to be ready to leave the house to meet julie at the train station to take us to London STP, are train was for 5.50am....we missed that one due to some ticket difficulties at the train station, but we got the next one at 6.25am. We arrived at London at 7.30am found my way to Eurostar alot easier due to doing it all last oct
The Eurostar was quite quiet compared to oct last year which was good.
I thought we had direct trains to DLP but we had to stop at Lille which was an hour wait there to take us to DLP. the time did go quite quick and was quite easy to get around to
i still wasnt feeling to good had a head cold to.
we arrived at DLP around 2pm, we walked through the disney village to the Santa fe, a bit of a walk but we enjoyed it. it wasnt to busy in reception and are room was ready!!!
we were in block 46, room 44....are window view was the little river and the Cheyanne (which looked really cool).
Due to me not feeling to good, we had a rest in the Hotel for a while then we went to the disney village to have dinner at Annette's which we both really enjoyed. I had the rock 'n' roll burger and julie had the veggie burger with side orders of onion rings and hash brown sticks! we couldnt believe how big the portions were
we couldnt manage to eat it all. we then both had the Apple crumble which julie really liked (we went back for crumble about 3 more times on this visit
)
We then looked around the disney village shops for a while, i didnt fancy the rides today my bed was calling me we didnt have that long really till the parks closed so we went back watch some disney tv, and had an early night we were wiped out
