My first experience w/ MS

I just had to post this because it really made my day! A lot of people ask if you buy a resale are you treated any different then buying from Disney. I can say from my first experience, NO! I just called MS to get my member #. I said I bought an OKW resale. The CM was the nicest person. We talked for 15 minutes with her telling me how much she just loves OKW. She was so wonderful. She even checked my ressie for this Wednesday to make sure a non-smoking/first floor was requested due to medical reasons. It was just one more reason why I think DVC is going to be the best thing we ever did! Have a great day!!

Glad to hear you had such a positive experience with MS. I can honestly say that every contact I have had with them has been a pleasant experience. I think they do a great job for us!

I recently purchased a resale and made ressies for July, 2001, I needed two studios. I made several call and MS could not be more accomdating. I felt they were going above and beyond to assist. After all that's Disney!! Enjoy your vacation! Welcome Home!!!

Can MS really tell from the information they have access to when making reservations whether you bought through resale or direct. I know it doesn't matter to me since I bought both but to a resale buyer they may like to know this. I haven't heard people complaining of any difference in service.
