I want to play but not sure what do i need to send . Herbs like to make tea or cook? Spices, like pepper, oregano right? In a box, jar, bottle...

Yep...5 pounds sound good
I know I always buy big containers of my favorites, but for the exchange, I bought smaller ones.

Not sure about the repackaging. I think for exchanges and sending through the mail, they should be in original packing.
