I'm trying to get up the nerve to tell my husband I would be willing to fly there for our 25th this summer. I'm not a flyer at all. We have family that live in Henderson. They would love to have us come visit for a couple of days and show us the sights.

Been a few times before. I like it. Lots to look at. The casinos are amazing and all the big ones have a lot to do inside. Gotta love themeing ::yes::

Also wonderful shows.
Slots are okay....boring after awhile though. Video poker is fun though.
With family there, I'm sure you can see lots.

Saw your post and had to butt in to say if you have a chance to go to Vegas take it! Especially is you have never been. DH and I love it there and used to drive there all the time. It's alot of fun, so much to do and see and surprisingly alot of fun free stuff to do too. So take a couple sleeping pills and go for it. When you wake up you'll be there. :thumbsup2

(I dread air travel too so I can understand)

I had just seen cards with some Hawaii themes on them.

Has anyone here ever played hanafuda? It's the Japanese cards sometimes also referred as sakura?
