My favorite dessert is gone :(

My absolute favorite dessert at DL is the pretzel stick covered in chocolate, caramel, and m+ms. I went the last few times, and it is no longer there! I asked a CM and she said they weren't popular. Did anybody else enjoy these or know when/if they might be back? I liked them because they were filling, delicious, and on the cheaper end.

My favorite was the same thing but without m&ms and I noticed they were gone when I was there in April. Dang it! Sounds like a more permanent change than I thought it would be.

I love those and noticed they were gone when I was there earlier this month. I thought they were just out of them. I am okay because I can always find something else. Now Piglet is another issue. luvsPiglet (my DD) is having problems with that one…lol!

As a WDW vet who decided to try DL a few years ago and hasn't looked back I do have to say there is something from Florida's DTD that I really miss ~ Goofy's Candy Co.

This amazing shop lets you BUILD YOUR OWN treats! That's right, giant oreos, marshmallows on a stick, pretzel rods - you pick the dipping flavor of chocolate and what you want them dipped in! Crushed oreos, mini m&ms, nuts, sprinkles ... the list goes on and on. The CMs make them right in front of you, imagine Subway for desserts, box them up and hand them to you. Our favorite splurge each trip

Really would love to see something like this at DL.

OH NO! My kids were looking forward to those again this trip! We got them in December when we came. They were so good and filling! Do they have the other ones (without M&M's) like peanut or plain, or are they all gone????

They had chocolate covered pretzels similar to the ones found in grocery stores, but no more pretzel rods.

A lot of people don't like a straight Dole Whip. DL has pineapple flavor only. At WDW, you can get the vanilla soft serve floating in pineapple juice at the Tiki Bar/Aloha Isle. That's pretty good. But their best dessert is over at the Sunshine Terrace where you can get an Orange Slush/Vanilla SoftServe swirl. Not THAT is a pretty amazing treat to help you cool off. I wish they'd offer something like this at the Tiki Bar....but then the line would wrap all the way to Tarzan's Tree House.

Those m&m covered rods were my current favorite! How sad. I've actually made them at home but can't duplicate the Disneyland caramel. I used to love Tigger Tails back when the chocolate was orange flavored. I've bought one since they changed to orange colored vanilla with orange sprinkles and doubt I will ever get another one. I don't like the texture now and that orange flavour just made the whole treat with the other flavours. Time to find a new favourite.
