Just lost my Mom after a hard year of ups and downs. Lousy economy has kept me from WDW for 4 years now. My kids need a little magic that only Disney can give them. I have the money....ready to go in 10 days. Disney always sends me pins but didn't know I'd be in this situation. Any chance anyone knows any way to get a room only discount or package discount at this late date. I need me some Disney!!!!!!!

Not sure about Disney directly, but Travelocity has a deal going right now where you can get $60 off a $300 purchase and I saw at least a couple resorts with decent prices.

I am sorry for your loss; my dad passed away and I still to this day is struggling with him being gone.

I had some family members cancel at the last moment on our 2-bed lockout suite at Animal Kingdom Lodge from Dec.1 (Sun)- 6th(Fri) 5 days ... if the studio is enough room for your family and those dates work for you I would be more than happy to work something out for your family

A DVC member once helped me out when I was at my lowest point ; I have no problem returning the kindness that they showed my family.
