I said- um I'm not going to be home

I reply with- I'm going to Okemo

he says- wait till mom hears this, your going to get coal....

20 minutes later mom calls

Whats this I hear about you going to Okemo on Christmas?

Ma, I want to go skiing, the girls will be over on christmas eve, like EVERY other year of my 29 year life...we will have christmas eve, then they're going to their dads on Sunday and i'm going to Okemo

she replies with- I can not believe you'd rather ski

Yes mom I'd rather ski than hang out with the family for 24 straight hours- sorry bout that

she says- 'fine go skiing, enjoy yourself, but you know I'm not getting any younger"

5 minutes later, DB calls back

boy you've done it now

sure I have, ticked her right off

we shoot the breeze for a few minutes, before mom calls i answer

just kidding, enjoy okemo....

I said your kidding me, your not mad?

heck no, go ski, if I didnt break my pelvic bone 2 months ago I'd go with ya instead of hangin out with the family..
