I had been trying to get tickets to see My Fair Lady on last Saturday for ages, with no luck. All sold out for Matinee and Evening performance.
Anyway - someone suggested calling at the box office on the day to see if there were any returns or cancellations - and as luck would have it, there were.
We (my friend and I) got two perfect seats in the Grande Circle - second row back, centre position for the Matinee

They cost £40.00 each but it was worth every penny! The show was fantastic and we both really enjoyed it.
Joanne Ridley, the girl who has taken over Martine McCutcheon's Eliza role was brilliant.
I was disappointed that Denis Waterman was not performing - but his understudy was also excellent.
But - the star of the show for me was Jonathon Pryce - He was fantastic and worth the money alone

Has anyone else seen it? Did anyone see Martine in it??
