I said I'd post my experience with Yourride so here goes: We arrived at MCO and our driver, Kenny, was waiting for us in the designated meeting area. He accompanied us to the baggage carousel and helped us with our bags. Then he seated us in a comfortable area while he went to pick up the car (they can't park outside the area anymore). The car was very clean and comfortable. He loaded our bags and we were off to WL. Once there he assisted the WL staff in unloading our bags. The whole process was repeated on our return yesterday. Kenny was in front of the the Great Ceremonial House waiting for us before the appointed time. He again assisted us with our luggage and whisked us off to the airport. We found Kenny to be a very personable individual and most important to us, he was a very safe and alert driver. We felt very secure and comfortable with him behind the wheel.
Last year we used TTC and in comparing the two companies I feel Yourride came out on top. I found the driver to be friendlier than TTC's and I was able to reach Rabbit by phone every time I called. Whenever I've called TTC I've only been able to get an answering machine and they call me back whenever. Yourride gave me accurate and reliable information about pickup times and places, unlike TTC who told us the driver would pick us up outside our building at CBR when the driver was waiting at the Customs House.
Our thanks to Rabbit for providing us with the kind of service we expect from a towncar company. We'll definately be using Yourride in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
