Fairly new company, but I thought I'd try someone other than Gold Mobility this time. They (PHC) were less expensive, so that was good, even with the added cost of the cup holder, which is included by GMS. Also, PHC scooters are white, not a common color for ECVs, making them easy to spot. They also had a few cute stickers on them, they might be Star Wars but I confess to being ignorant of Star Wars stuff. But I got several comments from people about the stickers. The Scooter was in great shape. Battery Life was hard to evaluate. The battery life seemed to decrease more than GMS, but I don't know if the unseasonably cold weather influenced it, and the charge did hold all day (or as much as I did!) No fan or iPhone charger, and I missed those. The biggest advantage to PHC was that they were there right when I arrived, and when our flight was about 20 minutes late, PHC was flexible. One time when we were delayed at the airport for an hour because the airline had lost our luggage, Gold Mobility's answer was to leave my scooter at the meeting place with the key in it for me. And PHC picked up my scooter on time, and since I was solo, the girl offered to wait with me for my luggage (especially my walker). Also, and this was important, communication was terrific!
