My e-ticket is warbly?

Just printed off my e-tickets and I'm wondering if anyone has noticed the same problem. It looks like for both of my park hopper tickets, the text around bullet point 3 has gotten all wonky and basically printed several lines of text on top of each other. (I can post a pic later). Has anyone else seen this happen? I'm worried my tickets won't work! The barcode is clear, so that should be fine, right? Just concerned is all.

Can you send a copy of the email and .pdf to your phone? That way you'll have something to show the CM, in case there is a problem with your printout.

I can try and send a PDF version to my phone, that's a good idea. I printed off the email confirmation I got as well, though I know that probably won't do much if my tickets dont' work.

This is what the ticket looks like, in JUST that part of the ticket.

Just checked and noticed that mine looks like that too. The blue words are over top of the black words. The barcodes are fine, and that's all that matters. I printed my receipt as well, just in case.

I'm betting the barcode is the only thing that really matters.

It just looks like it's not set up to print correctly.

This is what ours looked like as well. But the barcode scanned just fine. In case you didn't know, you can take your e-ticket to the gate and they will give you your cardboard ticket there.

Where do you go to buy your e ticket? We are going the end of Sept so I am afraid to order them by mail. I am staying at the Castle Inn and Suites...for only one night and there is a link on their hotel page to buy an eticket.

If I do this...do we just go to the turnstiles with it or do we have to go to guest relations or the ticket booth at the park entrance?

thanks for your help...I would kind of like to have tickets in hand as we are arriving mid morning anyway and don't want to waste even more time by standing in a line.

Just bought mine last night and had the same issue. I took issue with the fact that the ticket says that we are entitled to one day in the park even though it is a 2 day ticket. The ticket says 2 days on top but in the text makes reference to 1 day.

Just take it to the turnstile, you will get a regular ticket there.

OP it's not an issue, as long as the bar code is readable and hopefully scan-able. Even if they can't scan it if they can read it they can key it in by hand. You'll be fine :)

Thanks for the info. I may stop by a AAA office in San Diego before we go...I would get a few dollars off each ticket anyway and sounds like it wouldn't be too much of a hassle. Our local office doesn't sell them.
