My Dolphin Hotel resort keeps disappearing

My Dolphin Hotel reservation keeps disappearing from MDE. I know the reservation still exists because it can be found in My Marriott account.
Each time this happens, I take the Marriott reservation number, copy it and paste it into Link Hotel Reservations, with my last name and it turns up in MDE. Problem is, it's gone by the
next day.

I seem to recall in the past (I've stayed at Dolphin quite a few times previously) that I've received a reservation number similar to a Disney reservation
number. That's not the case this time. I made the reservation over a week ago.

Any thoughts? Thank you!
 
If it is going in once and being accepted it is the right number. A number of people have had issues with their reservation dropping off. I have a reservation there for April, have had it for at least a month. It dropped off at some point in Jan. but I just re-entered it and relinked it and it is still showing. Most people will check at least a day before to make sure it is still there and if you plan on doing Genie+ you should check it before you try to buy Genie+. It's not a huge problem for anything else. I've had to show my actual reservation when doing EE because for some reason it didn't show up on my MB. I just keep the email on my phone and usually pull it up on MDE the morning I'm doing EE show I can show it to the CM. This is actually the first time I've had it dropped off MDE but I just checked and it's still there.
 
It did that to me when I went to check-in online. I just re-entered after I got there.

This is a constant, well known issue for swan/dolphin resort guests. There are countless posts about this on the Swan/Dolphin threads. Assume it's Disney IT working their "magic". I've noticed that it happens randomly and there's really no rhyme or reason it occurs. I just know when I stay at S/D to always check/re-enter my reservation right before we arrive and usually never have onsite problems. I also have noticed that when my reservation disappears for me, it's only from the app. I can login on my computer and still see my reservation on the MDE website.
 

In the past I've called Disney directly and they have helped with this issue. No idea what they did, but it stopped falling off.
