I'm kind of freaking out right now. I had a doctors appointment this morning and she found a lump in my breast. She reffered me to a breast surgeon because she couldn't tell if it were serious or not, so now I have to wait until wednesday to find out. I feel like I'm going out of my mind with worry. I can't reach my husband and I don't want to worry my mom or my friends. I've never asked for prayers or pixie dust before but if you have any to spare, I sure could use them now.

Everything seems worse than it is. Sending prayers and pixie dust to you.

Ditto to what everyone else has already said. However, I really question that your doctor didn't order an ultrasound/mammogram for you. Those can alleviate SO MANY fears. Down the road, you might want to question your doctor about this--it's inhumane to make you wait over the weekend into next week to get a diagnosis.

I had an ultrasound today and it turned out that the lump was just breast tissue
