Here's a rough plan for a Wednesday in late June at DL. Not an extra hour or magic morning.

THE DISNEYLAND PLAN

7:00. Arrive at Disneyland. Line up.

8:00. Rope Drop.

--Grab Star Tours FP

--Ride Space Mountain

--Ride Matterhorn

--Ride Star Tours

--Grab Big Thunder Mountain FP

--Ride Pirates

--Ride Splash Mountain

--Ride Winnie the Pooh

--Grab Indy Jones FP

--Ride Big Thunder Mountain

LUNCH AND BREAK

--Use afternoon to catch other rides and grab fastpasses as able.

DINNER

--Continue to catch other rides. Use any remaining fastpasses.

21:30. Fireworks.

22:45. Electrical Parade.

Ride Fantasy Land rides until close.

Noticed you didn't pick any Fantasyland rides
But I would recommend getting the FP for Space Mountain then ride Star Tours and Buzz without FP.
Then before you use FP for Space, grab FP for Matterhorn, use FP for Space, then ride Big Thunder without FP, then ride Jungle Cruise, grab FP for Indiana Jones, use FP for Matterhorn.
Then ride Winnie the Pooh, grab FP for Splash Mountain, ride Mansion, Pirates, use FP for Indy then use FP for Splash.

I'm curious about this plan too. We are headed to DLR next week and will have 1 full day at DCA, 2 full days at DL. I was going to use my MM day for a Fantasyland start and the other full regular morning day for a plan similar to above. Thoughts?

With Fantasyland rides.
Skip Pan, ride Alice, grab FP for Matterhorn, ride Dumbo, Toad, Casey Jr., Big Thunder without FP, grab FP for Indy,
Ride Jungle Cruise.
Use FP for Matterhorn, ride Splash without FP, Pooh, Mansion, Pirates, grab FP for Space, use FP for Indy
Lunch

Should be around 2pm-3pm.

For MM, I would get to the entrance 30-45 minutes before it starts. Focus the entire hour in Fantasyland. If you can be one of the first in, head to Peter Pan first. If the line is 100 guests deep, skip it and come back later in day when you have done everything else.

Then Alice, Dumbo, Toad, Pinocchio, Snow White, when the park opens grab FP for Matterhorn, ride Casey Jr..
Head to Tomorrowland, ride Star Tours, Buzz, Big Thunder, grab FP for Indy, Jungle Cruise, use FP for Matterhorn, Splash Mountain, Pooh, Mansion, Pirates, grab FP for Space, use FP for Indy
Lunch
Small world, Tiki Room until it's time to use Space FP

DCA
Get to park 30 minutes early. Line up at the rope drop closest to Guardians.
Park opens grab FP for Guardians, then head to Paradise Pier, ride TSMM, Screamin, Funwheel, Goofy, Symphony Swings, Zephyr, grab FP for Racers ride Bugsland attractions (not the 4d show) until the Guardians FP is about to expire.
Use FP for Guardians, ride Monsters Inc, grab FP for Soarin, ride Grizzly
Lunch

Thanks everyone. As for Fantasyland, I usually hit a couple of those rides on my way out.

I have no reason to doubt you, but want to confirm that can I'll be done on a busy weekday at the end of June???

If I was going on a non- emh/mm day and I didn't want to ride any Fantasyland attractions, I would do it this way...

730am - Arrive at the entrance. The gates will open by 750am but you want to be one of the first in line, so you can be closest to rope drop.

8am-9am - Grab FP for Indiana Jones (840-940am should be your return time), ride Star Tours , Matterhorn, Big Thunder Mountain, and the Jungle Cruise.

9am-12pm - Grab a FP for Space Mountain, use FP for Indy, ride Pirates, Splash Mountain, Pooh, Mansion, grab any FP that you want. Then use FP for Space.

12- Lunch

Tips:
Nemo Subs, Buzz, and Autopia can easily be done after the fireworks.
Small Worlds line may look long but it will move fast. When the line splits, stay on the right side. Same goes for Pirates.

This plan will work all 365 days of the year. It's all about getting to the parks early, then finishing most of the major attractions by the time the majority of guests are coming in.
