My Disney Movie Rewards are Gone!

I logged into my account tonight to get the Toy Story coupon and my whole points bank is gone. I looked up my history and there is no record of any past redemptions I made or wish lists saved. Its been a while since I logged into my account. Did something change? Where did my points go?

From what I understand, you have to at least log into your account every 6 months to keep your points from expiring. Maybe you could contact them and find out for sure??

I got an email earllier this month that said I had to log in to keep my points, then I found out I have 3 different accounts so I had to let them know which one I wanted to keep and get the pw reset and all kinds of crazy stuff. lol Anyway, they were very helpful and my account is good to go. I would contact them and see if they can help. Maybe you'll find out you have more then 1 account with the same user name, like I did! LOL

Is it possible you have logged in with a different username? Any disney username you have used can log into it. I actually have 3, I have to be really careful.

The exact same thing thing happened to me earlier this year! I emailed them and never got a response back. I was trying to save them up! So frustrating! So, now I just don't collect them anymore!

you could try posting on their facebook page too. There's a lady on there from the company that will tell you what to do or who to contact.

Points can also expire if they get too old without being used.

I learned the hard way that points do expire after a certain time period. The sad thing is that they did sent me a warning email. I waited too long to respond to it.
