Ahh I was wondering what a disney files mag is, thank you for that,
We became owners officially in November of BWV bought through resale, we received our vacation planner yesterday but our married daughter who is named on the contract and lives at a different address did not receives one and her pin number for access to the members website came to our address, I queried this with MS and have been told we only get one planner between us, will this be the case for the mag as well?
On another point we have not received our dvc member cards and I ve been told by MS that it's to do with government registration of our purchase and until it has been completed we will not receive the cards, anyone know anything about this.
Finally although we can get on to the members website we cannot bank points etc, has anyone had similar problems?
