My Disney Experience

I was trying to make reservations last night and had no problems, but 10 minutes later when I came back to make fastpasses, I kept getting Olaf. So I used the app and that worked.
 
I had a horrible time today. I am finalizing plans for a group of 10, and it was super frustrating :headache:! I was even having difficulty editing notes, and adding friends and family. UGH.
 

It keeps saying I can’t view my fast passes, but that I can continue to make plans. But can’t do that either other than dining. Frustrating
 
MDE has totally gone downhill since Disney outsourced their IT department to a overseas country.
 
We have nothing but issues since it started and it isn't getting any better. When it does work, we have the most issues with dining reservations, though FP's and general uptime are issues too. With dining, we consistently have issues getting the right number of guests on the reservation. Same with room reservations. My opinion is that Disney should put priority on getting My Disney Experience app working 100% correctly since they want guests to use it and are basically 'required' to use it. Forget worrying about apps for playing games in the parks, get the IT people working on the right things.
 
Last night I was having trouble, but today it's OK. It's such an integral part of making reservations for things that it's very frustrating when it doesn't work.
