My Disney Experience website / app discrepancies

I usually access the MyDisneyExperience website on my laptop / browser in preference to the App on my iPhone (just personal preference). I made park reservations for Epcot for today, and can see this as my only park reservation on the website (browser-based).

However, when I log into the App on my iPhone, there is no reservation showing in my plans. But in "My Plans" it does show my past reservation for the Studios (earlier this week - already attended). In addition, it is showing two old fast passes for TSM from September 2019!

I was worried that I hadn't actually completed today's Epcot reservation, so tried to make one in the app on my iPhone, but it said I already had a reservation, yet I could not view it.

Does anyone else have a problem where the App does not show Plans made via the browser? Also, how do I clear the past reservations and fast passes that are clogging up the App?

Log in and out, clean cookies

I have logged out/in multiple times. It's the App (iPhone) that is incorrect - website is ok, so no need to clear cookies in my browser.

Just try again tomorrow. Disney websites have numerous issues which you can see on here by the constant number of threads started on this topic. Clearing cookies on your PC if that is where the problem is creates a new problem since it wipes out all of the stored passwords for every other site you use. It never seems to resolve any issues but it in the category of 'try this/try that'. Tomorrow it will probably be working again with no action from you.

You are write about "clear cookies" - that is the most often given piece of advice and the one I always politely ignore. Learned my lesson years ago, never clear cookies. I'll try to restart the App tomorrow, MDE website is showing everything as it should. Thanks!
