My Disney Experience Question

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this is a bit of a silly question! I've just linked our reservation on MDE, and my mum and I are confirmed as guests, but it isn't recognising me (as the one with the account) as one of the guests.Earlier on I was on a page where I had the option to select 'this is me' under my name, but stupidly didn't and now cannot find that option anywhere. If anyone knows how to do this it would really help!

This is actually pretty easy to fix. If you didn't click "This is me" and instead entered your full name in the text boxes, then instead of adding your real account to the reservation, you created a new "friend" with your same name.

Just click on the "Family & Friends" link in the MDE menu. Find the friend that was created with your name. Click the "Invite" button next to that friend and enter the email address for your own real account. After you click the Done button, you'll see a notification on your account asking you to accept this invitation from yourself. It's weird, but accept it!

That should merge your friend version and your real account and get everything sorted out nicely.
