My Disney Experience problem

So we got our park tickets and put in some park reservations. Those park reservations where showing up in the My Disney Experience app under future plans. My wife and I linked each other and it was showing up in both.

However my wife just looked today 4 days after we made the reservations and they are all gone.

Any idea what happened? Should we call Disney?

Disney updated the park reservations system yesterday and there are a lot of glitches. Many people are reporting duplicate park reservations for individuals that have more than one park pass attached to their name. Yours is the first that I've read about passes disappearing. Have you tried to book them again? Have you looked at the website to see if they're there?

My last ditch effort would be to phone Disney IT. I spent 4 hours trying to iron out a problem a couple of weeks ago. They're probably getting slammed with problems after yesterday's goof.

I'm having an issues as well. Some folks in my party now have multiple park reservations and all of mine disappeared. I was able to rebook everything for myself except for Hollywood Studios on September 10th. Not sure what to do.

Um, all of mine disappeared too. This makes me unhappy.

Eta, only disappeared in the app. They ARE still showing when I go into the site under making new reservations. Whew. Still irritating!

When is your trip? If it’s soon, I would call. If it’s months from now, I would wait to see if it straightened out on its own. Dealing with Disney IT requires patience!

Fortunately our Trip is not until December. We have time, I just want to make sure I get the park reservations in before they get filled up.

Be sure to check the MDE website to ensure it’s not just an app glitch. People are reporting still seeing them on the website.

I noticed this yesterday too when I was just tinkering around. DD and I are doing in December and I had already make all of our park reservations. Doing one day each at HS, AK and Epcot When I looked, we were "booked" for all 3 parks for all 3 of our days that I had made reservations for. Both of us. On the app AND on my computer. I fixed it all not problem, but what a nightmare that could have been!

I know this is from a few months ago but this morning I checked my park reservations for next week's trip and they were all gone.
Luckily I was able to rebook them but that was a tense few minutes for sure!
