My disney experience problem

I'm having a little problem with the My Disney experience App and also my profile on the website, The holiday is booked for 3 adults at a cabin in fort wilderness. On all the documents from Thomson it states all 3 adult names correctly but when I log into the app or onto the website and I log onto my profile it lists the names wrong. It has my name twice, 1 of the other travellers but nothing of the third! Everything is down as 3 adults.... tickets, accommodation and dinning plan etc, just the names are wrong, Does anybody know how to change this as I've spent ages trying on both the app and the website :confused3
 
Ok I had a string of these issues with mine. Basically I used my short name to set up my Disney account and then tried to change it to match the booking and it got worse and worse until it was a complete disaster.

My advice to you is don't touch it. Call the IT Support number and let them to it. After several phone calls mine is fine now, but I have refused the requests of our friends to invite or accept any invitations now. I'm not touching it :lmao:

Oh, I also had myself twice on there, daughter once and then a variation of myself. All four of us and it even gave us extra sets of tickets for the ghost guests
 
:rotfl2: I wasn't really a fan of all this new my magic+ when it was first announced and the more i hear about it and now have to deal with it....the more and more I dislike it!
 
Mine still won't even recognise my reservation number. I've been trying for months.

I was hoping it would rectify itself before our ADR window opens up in 30 days, but I guess I'm just going to have to call them.
 

Some people have had no issues at all. Others have had a never ending stream of problems. Mine has been fine since they got it sorted for me but I am not doing anything to mess with it now, so risking a fallout with our friends joining us there because I have said no to adding each other.

I really recommend a call to IT. The agents are fantastic!

Before you call - have you added everyone on your reservation to your friends and family list?

If not add them to your friends and family then try to allocate them to the booking.

If not as Lee said call them - I had 2 husbands for a while ;) They sorted it and *touch wood* no further issues.:woohoo:

Yeah, but she was a party pooper. I asked if I could have a husband, since she had a spare one, and she said NO. She donated him to IT :surfweb:
