My Disney Experience not working properly

Have you checked both the App and the website?

The website is correct but app is glitchy. Doesn’t show all my ressies.

I finally sat down to purchase my ticket tonight. Had to first combine my gift cards and then start the process. Everything was all set and the purchase button wouldn’t work. I tried an hour later and the same thing. Until tomorrow!!!

anyone having issues with seeing dining reservations on MDE?

I haven’t been able to make ADR’s on my account for 2 weeks. They submitted a work form so someone in IT can look at my account, but it is not fixed yet. I am currently using DH’s account which works perfectly fine.

Do you happen to have a reservation at Swan or Dolphin?
Late in 2016 we were staying at Swan/Dolphin and while I had that reservation in my account I was never able to make any ADR. Got an error every single time. From the day I booked and linked it to MDE till the day after we checked out. I have never had a problem before or since. If I wanted to make an ADR during that trip I had to make a MDE account with a different email address and book with it. Since ADR don't really need anything more than a name, it didn't matter that it was not my MDE account. It just had to be a name and for 2 people. I made it in DH's name but didn't link any tickets or anything else to it.

The few times I have had issue with MDE (couldn't make an ADR, couldn't delete an ADR) I just deleted the app and re-installed it and it worked fine.

Also, not all ADRs show up on the app. For example, for some reason the Sunday brunch at CG doesn't appear on the app.

I cannot see passholder resort rates. Every time I select that option, it takes me to ticket renewal. My AP doesn't expire until end of July! :confused3

Known issue related to cookies. Biggest problem with Chrome but does occur with all browsers.
90% of the time you can make it work if you clear the Disney related cookies from your browser. Though still not 100%
Other option is to browse "private" or as Chrome calls it, Incognito. This method browses without depositing cookies ever. Sometimes this still will not work in Chrome. I have found it always works in Edge.
Safari gives me less trouble than either of those

Thanks AngiTN! I got it to work in Firefox by logging completely out and then logging back in. I'll keep all of your suggestions in mind, though, as I use Chrome most of the time. :)

Yes, this! I was having huge issues using Chrome and I was worried because my FP day is coming up. I called and they told me about the Incognito screen and it works perfectly. I had no idea that was even a thing!

I just got off the phone with IT a couple of hours ago. For days I could not pull up my reservations - it just gave error then reloaded and gave same error. He directed me to clear the cache on my laptop and then it worked fine. Might be an option for others to try if you are having problems with the site.

If you want to avoid dumping the cache for every website you can clear just the cookies for Disney related sites. Accomplishes the same thing and only impacts Disney site

How do you just dump Disney cache on Safari?
I made sone changes to some reservations on the app, but they still show the same as before the change, but i got the email confirmation of the changes and the website reflects the correct information, just not the app.
