I’ve gone and made a mess and I’m hoping someone may have insight how to fix it. Years ago I set up an account but made my husband the lead on it even though I was the one making all the plans (no idea why I did that but I did). Myself and our two kids have always been labeled as “managed” by him and he and I just use the same login on our phone apps when at the parks. I’m thinking of doing a trip with just my daughter and for some reason I thought I’d make my own account and linked myself to “my husband’s“ account. Well, now I’m no longer “managed” by him and my magic bands are not on his account, but both my kids are still managed by him and I can’t “manage” them from my account. It’s just a nuisance and I would like everything back under one account. If I delete the new account I made for myself will I revert back to be managed by my husband? Will my magic band info and everything still remain in “his” account? Any ideas or help?
 
I just had to do this the other day. I am traveling with my immediate family of 4 and also my parents (who are on a separate reservation). Somehow it got all turned around and my dad and I were listed on their reservation and not my mom. I called IT - asked for a call back b/c the wait time was over 130 mins. When they called me back they were able to take care of everything easy peasy and now I am no longer sharing a hotel room with my father 😆. Good luck!

Oh, it’s good to know there is a callback option! That takes away a little bit of the sting.
 
you can also get help via chat. I had an issue the other day, and couldn't get through on the phone, but once a chat button came up, I was able to get an issue solved in less than 10 minutes.
