My Disney Experience for fastpasses and dining ressies

Ok, our last trip... they didn't offer the Magic band and that for our resort in 2013.... so I know there is more than likely a thread about this, but I'm asking it anyway..... sorry.

Ok, so on the day that we are able to make our fastpass and/or dining ressies, can i go onto MDE and make the ressies at like 12:01am or do i have to wait until they open at 7am? My dining window opens on 5/23/16 to make the ressies, but i want to know if i can do them any time after midnight on the 23rd?

Dining is at 6:00a online 180 days out. 7:00a by phone.

FPs are 60 days out at 12:00 midnight ET with an onsite reservation.

You can make them at 6am on 5/23. The FP's are midnight 60 days out for on site, or 30 days for offsite
