my disney experience confirmation number different

I linked my reservation in DME. My confirmation number is different than my reservation number in my email from Disney Destinations. Which one do I refer to if I have a question when I call?

Use the one in MDE. The disney destinations one is more for their reference in regards to your hotel. The MDE one will cover hotel and tickets.
