Is anyone else having an issue with their dining and FP reservations not always showing on their app? We can see everything on the computer...but not on our phones. and it rotates who can see what out of our group of three. we have unistalled and reinstalled the app already. Just curious if we are the only ones with this problem and if there is a way to fix it.

Yep! I think my phone app still has every ADR I have ever canceled! But the website is fine, so I'm not worried.

YES. And if you make changes to FPs (or get additional ones the day-of), they often won’t show up under “see all plans.” “Get FastPass+” usually has a much more accurate and updated FP list.

Not sure about the app but for the website we called and they put in a request for the tech people to clean up our view of reservations. We had several cancellations that we could still see. It took a day or two but they took care of it.

I have had trouble with My Experience for 2 months now. I have reported it almost every week. I can see all of my reservations and where it says CHANGE but when I click to change anything on any reservation it loops me back around to the main My Reservations page.
I have tried dumping cookies, history..tried it on AOL on Internet Explorer and CHrome..no difference. DOes anyone else have this ongoing problem? I have had them tell me twice now that they are sending the report UP the chain to get it fixed..but nothing changes. For 2 months anytime I have to adjust anything to upcoming trips I have to call and wait on hold. We go up for 2 days about every month..so theres a lot of trips.
Any suggestions for a fix? THX
