Apologies if this has been discussed before but I just logged into the WDW app and saw that my past Disneyland dining reservations are showing up there as well.

Has this always been the case? Or is it perhaps an indication that we are getting closer to having it work for the west coast resort?

It's been like that for a while...I think it's a sign that the systems are somewhat integrated, but I don't think you'll see a whole sale addition of Disneyland to MDE in the very near future.
