I apologize in advance if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

How can you make changes to your "Family and Friends"? I would like to delete a couple but it won't let me because the profiles have cards attached. Those cards are no longer active. One is my son's ex-girlfriend....I can see my list growing quite cluttered if I can't delete ex's!

If it's a managed profile (which is sounds like it is), you need to call Disney Tech Support to have them assist you.
