My Disney Experience app question

I have downloaded the My Disney Experience app on my phone. I like checking wait times. Only thing is, sometimes I look at the wait times and there are none listed at all. What's going on? Is it the Disney system messed up or what? For instance I looked at it today around noon and there were no waits for anything?

Yup, in the event of weather (or the occasional shutdown) the wait times will not be shown. Noticed this the other day as well.
