I cannot get My Disney Experience app on my phone to let me link my reservation. It has no hotel room, no tickets, no fast passes linked (it is working fine on the web site). When I type in my confirmation number, it says that it does not match their records. I know I am typing it correctly.
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same thing.
I know I can do everything via computer or the phone EXCEPT get same-day fastpasses when I use my original three, which I assume is done via MDE. Going to the kiosks is not as convenient.
Not sure what to do now.
