My Disney Experience app not working

I cannot get My Disney Experience app on my phone to let me link my reservation. It has no hotel room, no tickets, no fast passes linked (it is working fine on the web site). When I type in my confirmation number, it says that it does not match their records. I know I am typing it correctly.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same thing.

I know I can do everything via computer or the phone EXCEPT get same-day fastpasses when I use my original three, which I assume is done via MDE. Going to the kiosks is not as convenient.

Not sure what to do now.
 
I'm having the same problem. I made a Character Dining reservation online. It is showing up in my browser on my PC, but not in the app. I give up! o_O
 
I don't know what I just did, but I went to Add a Memory Maker and it updated my app somehow... and now everything is showing up! (I don't HAVE memory maker, just wanted to test it...)
 

I had the same problem. Finally called Disney and the problem was that I somehow had more than one account linked to my e-mail address. Took just a couple minutes for them to set the correct account as my main account and it has worked great since.
 
Exactly! I called this morning and the guy fixed it in less than 3 minutes. Woot. :)
