Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum and I've signed up as desperately need some advice from the knowledgeable folks here. I've recently booked for 2021 securing my reservations today and previously linking my hotel reservation and park tickets to members of my party on My Disney Experience.

The problem I have is my name appears twice in the Family and Friends section of my Disney Experience. One is listed with my name and (me) at the end. When linking my tickets I simply thought this was my user profile and that I couldn't assign tickets to it so I created myself as a separate person in the party as I was confused about this and thought this was the right way of doing it.

The hotel reservation, park tickets and park pass reservations are linked to the name I created and not the one which has the (me) in brackets at the end. Is this correct? Does this make any sense?

Please can anyone offer some advice? I've tried contacting Disney both UK and US today via phone but in the end had to resort to email due to unprecedented demand. I've been on hold for a total of 2 hours at various times and got cut off or not got anywhere.

I'm thinking I may have made an error here and that my reservations are now linked to the a duplicate of me rather than the original (me) profile.
Please can someone help? ARGH!

Log into your My Disney Experience account and go to My Plans.
Scroll down to resort reservations. It will list who made the resort reservation if someone else (the other you) made it. Look to see who is in your room. It should say your name with the "me" and the other people in the room.

Click on the tickets tab and see if you hold the tickets or if it is the other you.

Since your trip isn't until 2021 then there is plenty of time to fix it, maybe when the CM'x aren't so busy. They can make sure your reservations are correct. :)
