For both My Disney Experience App and Disney Cruise Line Navigator App the required operating system is 8 and above.
If your device is no longer compatible you either need to download your phone latest version or if it's already been updated and still not compatible you might need to upgrade your device or use another device that's compatible for My Disney Experience and Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
