I have called WDW a couple of times to find out about my 2006 tickets and adding them to our upcoming reservation. These are new tickets that had never been used. I called WDW Ticketing and I was told I had to be able to give them the credit card number that I had purchased the tickets with. After that call, I spent quite a bit of time trying to find any paperwork I might have from the ticket order, providing me with the cc number, as I couldn't remember which card I might have used. I did not find anything from the order. This week, I called the WDW Ticketing number again and I was asked what the date was on the tickets. Because they are prior to 2007, I was transferred to Tech Support (407-939-7765 ext. 3) and told the CM that I wanted to add the tickets to a reservation and I gave him the info he needed from the tickets. He then put me on hold while he went back to WDW Ticketing (I am thinking he needed to verify the info from the tickets) and he came back and said they had been added to our reservations. I signed into my Disney Experience account and they did show up there.
