Hi. I have a trip booked for myself and DD in May this year. The MDE app has magically created my long reservation number and the reservation number with letters/ numbers without me doing anything and I have been able to book dining reservations. However. I don't understand the ticket part. It is showing active tickets for all 4 members of our family (we all went last August), but they were 14 day ultimates so they can't be active any more?

My hotel reservation is on there and it seems to understand that is for me and my DD only. And in the list of my family her Micky head is blue, not grey......

So how will I make FP plus reservations at 60 days out? I can't get into that part of the site at the moment.

Also it won't accept a UK shipping address for customising our magic bands. If I put the Animal Kingdom Lodge resort address where we will be staying will that be okay do you think?

It *should* only show current passes and it knows if they are part of package when they will become active.

Regarding your other problems - you need to be on the website not the app.

Go into your resort reservation and view the details. From there you will be able to pick from your friends and family and choose your DD.

Again on the shipping address go to the website and it will allow you to choose UK. Do not use the resort address as it ships them to early and there is a good chance they will go missing. The system recognises "overseas" addresses and delays production/shipping until a couple of days before check in.

Thank you. So will they ship the magic bands to the UK then? And do I need to receive them and this see the number on them, to be able to make FP plus reservations?

They won't ship to the UK they will be at check in for you.

FP+ will unlock automatically at 60 days out
