Hello
this is my 1st time doing dining reviews, so i will try my best.
I did not get pictures of most of the food (I know~bad me)
but i can tell you overall what i liked/disliked etc....SO.............here I go!!!
Coronado Springs
Pepper Market
I had heard bad reviews & was a little nervous about eating there, but let me tell you ...I LOVED IT!!!
So many choices & HUGE portions
The setup was different with the card stamping, but easily figured out after the 1st time.
BBQ pork sandwhich~ HUGE-a little to much sauce for my liking but good!
Pasta w/marinara~ HUGE-never finished it & ALWAYS had left overs-loved the sauce
Baked Potatoe (loaded)~ HUGE-filling-had people asking me where i got it!!
Soup (mushroom & Fr onion) ~ HUGE bowl & it was REALLY good-i love soup!
Kids pizza & chicken! ~the kids LOVED it & it was plenty-it included a drink to!
my family (10 of us total) all had HUGE portions & no one over said they didnt like it
Overall i think it was nice to have SO many choices
Thumbs up!!!!
Wilderness Lodge
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Breakfast
We had the Canyon all you can eat Skillet & WOW it was filling!!
it was a great variety of eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, bisquits & gravy & fried potatoes(a little salty)
Cant beat the price either
& if you get a coke----boy oh boy its HUGE...heres a pic..you can kinda see the food & of course the coke!!
The Yacht Club
Yachtmans Steakhouse
our 10yr anniversary dinner~we had ate there when we got married in WDW in 1997, so we, of course, had to return!!!
GREAT RESTUARANT~but be prepared for sticker shock~its NOT cheap
me & DH had Chataeubroind
alot of our party had lamb & chicken
NO complaints...it was delicious...the portions looked small, but once you got eating you realized they were very filling!!
well worth the money
here is a picture of the anniversary cake I special ordered & they also did a personalized menu for us
Fort Wilderness
Hoop Dee Doo Revue
We were lucky enough to get the center table...FUN...if you can manage this...your kids will LOVE it..i think its table #43??
the show was very cute~great for the kids!!!
the food was an all you can eat (except dessert it think)
Cornbread ~ LOVED it!!!!
Salad~ very good-dressing settled at the bottom & was to much, but it reminded me of the Olive Garden dressing
Chicken: good, but lots of legs & wings...almost NO breasts but yummy
ribs~ i tried one & it was REALLY good, but extremely messy
mashed potatoes~ i LOVED them- if you love mashed potatoes-you'll love these!!!!
baked beans~ pretty good- a little under cooked
strawberry shortcake~ good if i had room for it!!!lol
drinks~endless full glasses of water, pop, tea, etc!!!
the only issue i had was our table was SO full it was hard to eat & enjoy it....we honestly needed a bigger table!
heres the best picture i can find of table/etc
