My DH just brought home a Dog

He's a beautiful boy and labs tend to be pretty easygoing and not aggressive, so you probably won't have to worry about that.

They tend to stay in that "puppy" stage for anbout 3 years though, which can be fun but trying at times. All in all though, I have never met a "bad" Lab.

Here is a picture of our new doggie Dexter. He is turning out to be a very good boy. I can actually say he is nothing personality wise like the last dog I had. He is a joy to have. Very very lovable!!! And isn't he just cute???

Dexter looks like a big bunch of love, so handsome.

A year ago I brought home 5 kittens from work. I just put the cell phone over the box and he heard them meow. All I could hear was, "NO!!!!!!"
Not again!!

Needless to say, the biggest kitten is HIS kitten!

He's beautiful! Glad he seems to be working out.

Make sure you do not leave the choke collar on his--get a regular collar for him so he'll have his ID attached and then only use the choke collar when he is being walked. And make sure you put the choke collar on the right way--I always had a hard time with that.

5 kittens??? Glad you DH adjusted to that!

My mom always brought hom animals without my dad knowing because he would never agree in advance. My DH knows that he needs to just agree if he wants to have a say in which animals we bring home.
