I have been so stressed about making ADR's and would like to know I've made some good choices.
It's going to be me, dh, dd 8 and ds 5. We aren't doing park hoppers and we have free dining.

-arrive Wed. 12/15- no reservations made
-Thur. 12/16- Tutto Italia 11:30 a.m.
1900 Park Fare 6:40 p.m.
-Fri. 12/17-Crystal Palace 11:30 a.m.
-Sat. 12/18 O'hana 7:55 p.m. - thinking of changing this to 8 p.m. Spirit of Aloha dinner show, but I'm afraid it might get cancelled if it's too cold? I really would like to see 10 p.m. Wishes from the beach at the Poly.
-Sun. 12/19 -Tusker House 9:25 a.m.
Rainforest Cafe 7 p.m.
-Mon. 12/20- Akershus 9:40 a.m.
Chef's de France 5 p.m. (hoping to see Remy)
-Tues. 12/21- Chef Mickey's 11:10 a.m. -not sure about this one- I feel like we are doing a lot of breakfasts!- but it's our last day and wanted to do something special -as if the whole trip wasn't special enough ;)

thanks!

I think all of those look really good! If breakfast is what works and what sounds good, don't worry about having too many. And actually as I re look at your list, you only have two breakfasts so that's not that many.

No input on the Spirit of Aloha show vs. Ohana. We love Ohana but never been to the other, but its always looked fun. Not sure how long that lasts though and if you could make it to the beach in time for Wishes.:confused3

If it were me, I'd stick with Ohana because it might be chilly that night and with a 7:55 dinner, you'll have time to get out to the beach. Just make sure you check in on time, Ohana can get backed up, we have had to wait as long as 30 or even 45 minutes before. I always check in early if I have something I want to do afterwards so I can get the ball rolling!

I have never seen the Spirit of Aloha show. Most people tell me it is not worth the two credits.

I have done Ohana for dinner and I absolutely LOVED the food. So much flavor in every dish they bring out. And it is not without entertainment. There is a gentleman on ukulele playing various Hawaiian standards and the kids get involved on some of it. I would stick with that and head down to the beach after.

I would also keep the ohana and skip the luau. I heard its not that great...but i know ohanas is!! Thats the only ADR I can NOT seem to get for me dec 10-15 trip.

I believe Remy only makes appearances during lunch time. you may want to check that out further.
