My Dec. 5 b-day-where should we eat?

My sister and I will be spending a week at Disney in Dec. My birthday falls in that week and was wondering where we should eat to celebrate. Any suggestions? Just FYI: my sister's not crazy about steak and we both like seafood. We already have ressies at Coral Reef. I was thinking LeCellier but know it books up quickly.
