My DD Birthday

OK! My daughters birthday is on the 20th. She will be 7. She asked for her first American girl doll for her birthday. I got her Hannah Montana tickets for her birthday and I ordered the American girl Nicki doll for Christmas. The doll arrived today and quite frankly I think I want the doll more then her. I just dont know if I can wait 2 months to give it to her. We are going to Disney November 11 and I was thinking I could give her the doll when we go there instead of buying her something at Disney. (We have been to Disney before and I dont think there is anything in Disney world she would rather have over the AG doll) I know this is really not a great delimia, but I am just so excited about this doll. I never had anything like this when I was a kid. Rats I am living my childhood over through my daughter. Mabey I can take the doll out of the box and play with her and then put her away for Christmas Should I give it to her for her Birthday, Disney World, or wait for Christmas?

That is so true. I bought it for her for Christmas. I just ordered it so early because they are offering free shipping this month. I do need to stick with my original plan. Thank you for listening to my out loud thinking.

Ha! I got out one of M's dolls to see if I could do and I was scared to try anything! I need a kick in the pants to try something new!

Making clothes for the doll will certainly be cheaper than buying those clothes from the catalog: whew, are they expensive!
