For all those who said 'worth every penny', which I had trouble believing, you were SO right. It was wonderful!!! First of all, my 12yo niece who is a little afraid of sea life, was able to learn to snorkle like a pro in the fish-free river. She actually ended up in the reef 2x (but didn't stay long because she was freaked by the large rays). I am a scuba diver, and the reef contains more sea life than I've seen in any great day of diving.
We didn't do the dolphin swim until 1:15. By that time I was having such a great time I almost forgot. The swim didn't disappoint though. I got the birthday package for my niece and it was priceless when Akai (our dolphin) brought her the buoy with 'happy birthday ariel' written on it.
The food was great (except for the marginally average bday cake, get regular dessert, don't save room for the bday cake).

Unless it is this or the rent, this is money you will not regret spending.

I'm soooo happy to read a good review... I'm going to DC in January to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday... we also took the dolphin swim and birhtday package.... she adores dolphins... I can't wait to go... thank you for your report.
