My DD is in her first year of college. She goes to Cabrini College. She is home for Spring Break. However she had to go back up to school for a couple of days due to her job. So anyway, I get an IM from her this afternoon, she tell's me she is in the library and she is kinda scared. She said the Campus is almost empty just a few people around. She goes on to tell me that she had something she needed to tell me and that it was very serious and important to her.
I listen and she begins, Mom I am scared, something tells me I am not in this library alone. I asked her if she could see anyone, she said no. She goes on to tell me that she knows she is not alone, but there is still no one there. I tell her to get out of there and run. She then said no Mom, I am ok this has been happening ever since she got to school. She goes on to tell me that she feels that she is being visited by a Spirit, but it does not harm her and she talks to it. I ask her if she could tell me who this Spirit might be? Is it your Aunt. (my sister was murdered this past June) My DD was very very close to her. She said no it was not her.
My DD now goes on to tell me about Cabrini College be haunted. At this point I am ready to smack her thinking she is playing a joke on me! She goes on to tell me the story and informs me that it was even on Unsolved Mysteries. She told me that the Spirit has never scared her, but just being there alone with it did. She goes to Church every Sunday and has told me that she feels it's Spirit as she leaves Church and goes by the Mansion. She feels it is a boy!
We decide for her to head to work and then to not go back to the Campus, but to drive half way home and stay at a friends house. arraingements made.
So off I go to do some research on this. Here is what I find just as my DD told me the story it is true. I almost feel down as I recognize these pictures. DD said she like Cabrini and does not want to leave, was afraid if she said something no one would believe her.
