My dates changed, need help

I had a really nice family vacation shirt design made a while back for our vacation but the dates have changed and was wondering if someone could make me a new one. I would like it to say "Our 1st Family Vacation Walt Disney World March 2013" with the names " Daddy, Mommy, Savannah, Aiden, Madison, and Mary-Jane"
