I don't know where it is, but it sort of looks like it could be one of Minnie's ears and a bow on her head. Could it be the statue on Main Street of Minnie and Roy Disney?

Good call. That is part of the bow and ear and the back of the chair. Did a Google image search for Walt Disney World Statues and found it within the first 10.
