My Dad has cancer...

I am so sorry to hear this!
I have lost MANY relatives to cancer, the most recent just 2 weeks ago. He was diagnosed and given 3 to 6 months to live and only lasted a month! Cancer is such a hard thing to face.
I will say a prayer for your dad and you.

It seems every day there's a new diagnosis of cancer for a DIS'er or their loved one. What a horrible disease, huh? Almost every day at work I have to give anesthesia to someone with a new cancer or a reoccurrence. Many are younger than I am...

Sorry to hear about your dad, Vamp. Sad. And yes, so young that is. Marie's dad passed away at 54, Marie had breast cancer, now in remission, at 51. It is a tough beast for sure, but we do win a lot of the battles. Your dad will be in my prayers, Vamp, best wishes, and also to you, buddy. Hang in there, give him encouragement.
