My CRT breakfast got CANCELLED!!! **Update**

Disney requires CC information to hold a reservation for breakfast or lunch at CRT. Fome reason the computer could not process my Disney visa card and I was told they would hold the reservation for breakfast for 24 hrs so that I could call the visa co. & get that straightened out. I called back the next morning and spoke with a cm who explained that because we were on the dining plan and they had a CC# on file we were all set - he didn't need the new #. I have the confirmation # and everything. Well I called the other day to go over all of our reservations and when he got to this one he told me it was CANCELLED :scared1: Needless to say I was shocked and got into a big argument with the CM - after going to his supervisor and then being put through to guest services they are trying to find a solution (they want till the 15th)...I told them that this was a CM's fault and not mine and that they should rectify the situation and have agreed to them getting back to me. I was not rude but they definitely know I am not happy with this situation. Disney has given me the option of eating at other restaurants with the princesses - if there are reservations open there but I have already told my kids and family going that I had reservations at the castle - where everyone is planning on eating.

What would you do??? And what do you think Disney should do???

***** Disney called me tonight and told me they have reinstated my 9:00am reservation - wether that is due to a cancellation or "doing the right thing" I don't know but I appreciate the fact that they fixed this problem. :banana: Thank god I don't have to tell anyone there will be no castle!!! Off to the world in 19 days!!!!!

i thnink Disney need to overbook the princess breakfast for you or find another type of solution. You will have to keep us updated !

If you haven't already, document when and who you speak with at all times. Call at least every other day and immediately ask for a supervisor. There are always cancellations, so at the very least ask to be put at the top of a waiting list for your specifc day of your cancelled ressie. WDW wants all visitors happy and full of magic, and I would think a Disney Visa holder guest would have extra pixie dust sent there way. I would be professional but firm with what you are entitled.
