My croppin' space

Here's my crop space. It is half of our upstairs living room. It measures about 10' (from the back of the loveseat) x 12' (wall to wall).

left wall

back wall--baby bug, laptop, printer, Disney paper, adhesives, cutting system, punches, small embellishments in the drawers

right wall--"E", cricut carts, paper & in progress albums; small embellishments inside the drawers

table & family computer

inside Rachel's cabinet--the boxes at the bottom hold all our swap pieces

left wall--paper storage and completed albums

This is how it looks if Rachel & I aren't using it

Thanks I freely admit I'm "a little" OCD about my space being organized and clean. The scrappin' space is the only one I have control over in the entire house. DH and the girls are "pile makers" ugh, it drives me crazy!!!!!

Hope--that used to be our kitchen table, it's nice & big and Rachel can sit and crop with me there.

Erin--I would love to come visit you

It took me several tries to get my space just right and workable (for a while I had stacks of stuff hidden under a table hidden by a sheet ). Now I always clean up and put things away when I'm finished. That way I always come to a clean space.

Rachel HATES clean-up and sometimes just tosses things in her armoir and shuts the door

at least Rachel can close the door on her mess so you can't see it...Megan just leaves her stuff out, we will be working on her mess this weekend, got a few more cubbies for the closet to give her some spreading out room.

Cheryl - where did you get all the white shelving units and the bins in them?? (Especially the stand up ones) They look a bit different than what I have. My goal for the next few months is to get organized!!! All my stuff is in our bedroom and DH is not overly thrilled with it, but will deal a little better if there is some more organization. I haul things out to the kitchen to scrap. It would make for an easier haul if it were more organized!!

I'm very luck, DH wanted to make sure when we chose a house to buy that I would have a large, bright & sunny area for cropping Some months I get a lot done and others not so much. Last year I did 635 pages and this month I've done 94. I've also been doing lots of swaps (that really jump started my creativity). I crop mostly during the day when everyone is gone or at night if I can't sleep.

The tall one with 4 drawers was $80 (before the sale price). I think most of the others were $30 (before the sale price).
